Shipping

  1. Delivery will be based on Pos Laju.
  2. We will not bear any risk of missing or damage during delivery.
  3. Your order will be dispatched on the same day if payment has been paid before 3:00 pm. Otherwise after 3:00 pm  it will be delivered the following day. The delivary is from  Sunday to Thursday. Tracking number will be provided via email and customer need to make sure their registered email is valid to receive this notification.
  4. We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please check carefully you entered the correct address. Artech Trade will not responsible for any such losses incurred and no refund will be provided.
  5. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout,  Artech Trade  are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  6. We do accept pick-up, you may visit us at our office address as stated in Address page.
  7. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate. If the item is not delivered next day as stated we will not responsible but we'll help to chase it up.
  8. In times of adverse weather conditions, items may take longer than normal to arrive.

Return

 

  1. Items found to be faulty within the warranty period should be returned to us for a replacement. Buyer responsible for the returned postage charges and we'll replace it and send it back at our cost.
  2. Before returning any item for any reason, please contact us about the problem. You must include your order or invoice number.
  3. The customer is responsible for safe return of the item, and should obtain proof of postage in case of the rare event of the item not being received.
  4.  We are not responsible for any items lost in the post when returned to us, this cost falls entirely on the customer.
  5.  Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and returned within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  6.  We encourage customer to seek for assistance if you are not sure which model to purchase, we do not offer refund for item purchase wrongly.
